Returns

If you have purchased an item and wish to return it, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags unremoved.

You can return items either by courier or by post. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they do not fit, are defective, or were damaged during delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at alindra.info@gmail.com or +94 75 543 8575.

Please note:

• Exchanges can only be made for items of a similar price point to the one you are returning.
• The first exchange is free of charge.
• For a second exchange, a fee of LKR 500 will apply.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

Shipping for returns and exchanges is handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners.

You can choose to send the item by courier or post, or contact us for alternative arrangements such as picking it up from our warehouse.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged product within 7 days. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
